Path of Impact

From Receiving Support to Creating It

The institution's aim is not for the women to remain dependent on it. This path takes an outstanding graduate and turns her into a trainer leading a new batch, gaining an income, and connects graduates with a network that supports them and opens up opportunities for them. It also funds small initiatives they lead in their local areas. Today she benefits, tomorrow she extends a hand.

This path is what makes our work sustainable rather than seasonal. Every graduate who becomes a trainer represents less cost to the organisation, income for her household, and a role model for new participants—because she stands before them having experienced what they are going through.
