Path of Skill
Skills for Managing Daily Life, Home, and Children
The woman who has lost her partner suddenly finds herself bearing two roles. This path lightens the burden with small practical skills that make a daily difference: how to organise her time, how to communicate clearly, how to provide psychological first aid to her child when he breaks down, and how to manage a household budget with reduced income.
These are short courses, one or two sessions, offered throughout the year and open to anyone who needs them without prior enrolment requirement. Their impact is not shown in a report, but in a quieter day at home.
